Spider Robot

Unique in their kind, they allow to sort products and compose the package in a totally automatic way.

In detail, the Spider is composed of six manual stations, two automatic introduction lines and three scanner reading stations, two for reading articles and one for reading the package.

The products and boxes travel on two different lines. The six robotic arms, three for each ring, take care of gripping and storing the objects in the predefined container.

The complete packages are then automatically closed and labelled thanks to a special system.
