Lid uses an automated sorting system called Sorter Robot.

Use of the Plant

Our staff, after having carried out a massive picking of the products, feeds the eight sorter introduction lines that convey goods on conveyor belts sorting them in the bays for final destination.

The plant is also equipped with a barcode scanner system that allows the sorting activity to be constantly monitored.

The use of the sorter makes possible to guarantee high performance while reducing handling costs.
